Shipping Policy
Every Feterna product is made to order — printed, embroidered, or crafted just for you after you place your order. That means each piece is fresh off the press, but it also means fulfillment takes a little longer than off-the-shelf retail.
Production Time
Most orders are produced within 2–7 business days. Embroidered items and all-over-print garments may take the full 7 business days during peak holiday season (November–December). You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking as soon as your order leaves our production partner's facility.
Shipping Times & Rates (United States)
Shipping times below are estimates after production is complete:
- Standard (5–8 business days): calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
- Expedited and express options are shown at checkout where available.
We currently ship within the United States. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed, particularly during the holiday season when carriers experience high volume.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to become active after you receive it.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are unable to redirect packages once they have shipped. Orders returned to us due to an incorrect address will be reshipped at the customer's expense.

At this time we ship to US addresses only.
